I have just over seven hundred rounds without a single malfunction of any kind. I have tried to make it jam by slow racking the slide which Kahr says not to do. It eats hand loads from min. to max. length and charges from min. to max. without complaint. This thing has been absolutely reliable. Accuracy is also very good for such a small pistol it's usually not a problem to keep most loads on a paper plate at 25 yards.

Ergonomics are good. I really like the deep serrations on the grip frame so sweaty or wet hands are no problem. I have medium sized hands and reach to the trigger is perfect for me and like everyone says the trigger is very smooth. Takedown is easy no tools required so keeping it clean is a snap.

When I want something more than a 380 and can't carry my larger Glock it's the perfect option.
Bottom line is it's a stainless, accurate, reliable, very concealable 9mm that feels and shoots great.
