Mossberg Tactical Semi-Automatic 22 Long Rifle 25+1 Capacity [37207]
$302.00

I bought the 37207 flat rail. Out of he box it felt light and had some sharp edges plastic burs. I sanded down the burs, and taking advice of reviews I saw on the various Mossberg tacticals here on Buds, I cleaned rifle and oiled the mags (i ordered and extra from Bass PS). Out of the box the rifle was great, and receiver was not gunked up bad at all. Again, reading that these rifles lean towards HP22 ammo i bought some, though my FLL/transfer only had bulk Winchester 36g. I went out back that night and put 10 rounds thru with no issues. Then I maxed the mag at 25 and had a jam at 6. I cleared jam and ran rest of the mag thru. Cleaned the gun and mags again and then bought the Pepsi tastes challenge of Winchester SX, Remington Yellow Jackets, and CCI stingers (to compare to the bulk Winchester). Loaded one mag with Winchester SX and the next with the bulk Winchester. Both rode 25 flawlessly and threw brass nicely. Then loaded mags with the Yellow Jackets and CCI Stingers. Same with no issues at 25 capacity. Rifle threw the brass nicely and there were no jams. Maybe i just lucked out on smooth mags (but, as mentioned, i did oil them). The mags are stiff and oiling out of the box won't hurt. This is a fun gun and the rails offer lots of neat add-ons.
