Mossberg Tactical Semi-Automatic 22 Long Rifle 25+1 Capacity
by Allen R
Date Added: Friday 23 December, 2011
This is a 702 dressed to look like an AR. Ordered it Monday, received it on Wednesday (great service Bud). The packaging was not damaged, everything looks good except the magazine. I have the 25-rd version. It would not seat into the magazine well. Wished I have checked that piece because I have to return it to Mossberg for repair. Took a little work to insert it but then I could not remove it. Also for some reason, the bolt will not slip forward either after the magazine is inserted. Since I didnt want to tear up a brand new rifle, I sent it back to Mossberg at the cost of $22. Everything considered, I would recommend saving your money for a S&W 22LR or a Ruger 10/22.... Now I'm not going to play with this rifle until who knows when Mossberg is going to send it back.....
