This Rem 700 SPS Varmint arrived at the FFL without issue. It was well packaged, undamaged and was delivered quickly by Bud's. All in all this rifle is an easy and accurate shooter chambered in 7-08 with the 26" heavy barrel. The X-Mark trigger is very nice, no creep and comperable to Savage's Accutrigger in my humble estimate. It's been a great rifle thus far! A word about Bud's. This was my first weapons purchase online with them and I have to say the transaction, communication and delivery processes were flawless. I will use Bud's online again in the future. I've actually been to their brick and mortar in Lexington, was quite impressed with their counter operations, friendliness and overall service. I was able to part with (3) undesireable (to me) used handguns with Gurney on the spot and at a fair price. If you're ever close to Lexington the shop is a stone's throw off I-75; very nice indeed.
