Buds was great, ordered on Friday, here on tuesday. After taking the Nano out of the case, the magazine release button didn't work.I called Beretta and they asked me to send it back at their expense. UPS picked it up. I called them a week later and they told me it would take up to four to five week s before it could be fixed. They said they were back up. This lead me to believe the Nano has some serious problems to take that long to repair a simple problem.
