First time internet purchaser, of any weapon, and the process went very smoothly. Definitely a positive experience purchasing through Buds Gun Shop. Also extremely pleased with the DPMS Recon .308. Cycled ammunition without any difficulty, from magazine to ejection. Actually mixed Winchester, Remington and Right To Bear Arms ammunition, with no difficulty. Easily maneuvered with the 16" barrel length. Did not find overall weight to be inhibiting. Made three enhancements; EOTech 552, Timney 4lb trigger and Troy Industries aluminum vertical combat grip. Made 1 1/4" groupings, at 50 yards, with no difficulty utilizing flip up sights and separately the EOTech. And I am not a professional shooter.
