Got my Public Defender a couple of months ago. This thing is FUN to shoot and always draws a crowd at the range, especially when the .410 shells are flying. Ordered a Packmayr grip that is supposed to come this month sometime.That will give me a better grip and hopefully improve my accuracy. This is not an easy gun to shoot for accuracy with the .45. I had a hard time getting a decent grouping at 10 yards. Also, the cylinder fails to lock tight on 2 of the chambers. That is unacceptable and I'll be sending it back to Taurus for repairs. I'd rate the gun 5 stars for the fun factor, 3 stars for accuracy and 3 stars overall because of the quality control issue.
