Buds was great in getting me the product in 3 days. It was exactly as described.

The cons to this subcompact, pretty much are that it is a subcompact. For my big hands, it is a little uncomfortable to shoot and this impacts the accuracy of the weapon. However, I am sure with a few more rounds this can be handled. The laser sight out of the box was way off. Just using the laser site, not one out of 7 rounds even struck the target. However, it is easy to adjust on the range by matching the laser dot to an accurate sight picture using the sights and then fine tune. Up to this point, all of these things were pretty much anticipated and can't be much of a knock on the weapon, as it is what it is. The next part, the LCP surprised me, as it had a bit of a kick to it that I did not anticipate. I purchased the weapon so my wife could learn to use it (she is intimidated by firearms) and was expecting a bit less of kick given it was a .380. Not that it has a big kick, I just simply anticipated less of a noticeable kick. The kick it has I am told is simply the result of the weapon being light. In retrospect, I was thinking it would be more of a .22 type kick and less of 9mm Beretta type kick. I perhaps should have known better, but many of the reviews I had read over the internet stated it had no noticeable kick. Not sure the kick is up there with some of the full size 9mm I have shot, but it seemed to me to be noticeable and keep in mind I perhaps am oversensitive to this as I was looking for something the wife could use that would not overly intimidate her.

Pros - Affordable, the laser sight is easy to adjust, it is small for a conceal carry, you can carry it all day and hardly know it is there. Surprisingly accurate for a subcompact. Ultimately, it is a good defensive weapon as it can easily be carried and concealed. While defending myself, I would much rather have an M4 Rifle (or AR15) handy or a larger caliber pistol, but the reality is I would be more likely to carry this because of its size, thus making it available should the time arise. The weapon is well made and most importantly extremely affordable. Honestly, I am considering purchasing another one without the laser sight for myself and letting my wife have this one in the future.

Overall, this isn't really a weapon I will enjoy taking to the range on a regular basis (I think I will get something else for that) but for normal self-defense and to carry, it is perfect for what it was purchased for. Given my other options, all things considered, I have no regrets. This weapon is a fine addition.
