Picked this up a few weeks ago and took it out for 300 rounds. I had absolutely no Failure to feeds or malfunctions of any kind running your standard cheap ccl ammo. Whats great... This thing shoots straight looks awesome and has people all over the range wanting to check it out. Whats not so great. It has a nasty trigger on it i think beretta could of just added a little more craftsmanship and well it would of changed my entire shooting experience. The sites are sub par and really dont adjust that well. You could of added $50 to the cost and offered some decent sites and i would of still bought it. As i can tell the factory sites can not be removed if i find out how to replace them that will be step one in modifications.
Final thoughts: If your a 22LR fanatic like myself then you will want to pick this up and at $328 you would be dumb not to. If your looking to pick up 1 tactical 22lr then i would suggest looking into the anschutz msr rx22, or the Smith in Wesson M&P 15-22. The Anschutz is a beautiful rifle with incredible accuracy not to mention great features. It has an ok trigger while the M&P has a satisfying break point. Also the M&P has that full metal construction that really does scream quality. Having owned all of these I would still highly recommend the ARX its being sold at prices far less than its value. Its easily a $500 rifle and i imagine the prices will eventually reflect that.
