Picked mine up from the dealer a few days ago after a slight delay with shipping. The gun came in a so so box from Ruger. Inside the box was a very nice Ruger gun lock and of course the SP101. The gun was coated in oil and needed to be disassembled and cleaned. Took it to the range and ran 38 plus p and 125 g 357's through it. No malfunctions and I do not expect any anytime soon. This revolver is well made! I love the front sight, it is very easy to acquire. Recoil is a little snappy with 357's, this gun left a smile on my face! My only problem with this Ruger is that I have been unable to find a proper carry holster for it .
