I live in Indiana, and we are allowed 16 round mags. I recently purchased this gun, and it' a great gun. It comes with all the extras that Springfield packs with their guns. I did contact Buds to make sure the description was correct and that the gun came with everything I wanted because the description does not tell you what all comes in the case with the gun. Bud's told me that they did not know what all came with the gun, and that I should call Springfield and ask them. Spingfield told me that their guns came with the paddle holster, double magazine holder, extra backstraps, lock, barrel brush, speed loader, 11 round mag, and 16 round mag w/ X-tension grip. That's what I wanted to make sure came with this particular gun that I was purchasing. Satisfied with the answer I got, I purchased the gun. When it came to my FFl I went to pick it up and everythng was there except the 16round mag with X-tension grip. It had 2 11 round mags. I finally had the serial number in which I called Springfield and they told me it was New Jersey compliant pistol and therefore only has two 11 round mags b/c Jersey cannot have 16 round mags. I called Bud's and they apologized for not telling me it was a New Jersey compliant gun model. I now know what the last two letters in the Model # stand for. NJ = New Jersey Model # XDM9384CSNJ I just want to let everyone know that this model # is a New Jersey compliant handgun and it will not come with the 16 round clip and X-tension. It will come with two 11 round magazines. By the way the 16 round mag with X-tension girp is $44.00 on the springfield website. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Thank You.
