I just picked up m586 about an hour ago. 5 stars to buds but 3 stars for s&w. Very poor grip finished job from s&w!. 3 diamonds checkered are chipped off! It looks like someone drop some kind of sharp/heavy tool on the grip. Just for that I'm spending extra $90 bucks to buy a custom s&w engraved logo rosewood diamond checkered & scroll Design grip from ebay!
