Bought this for my boys first build, to introduce them to that sort of thing, took 30 mins to install, be warned its all plastic and makes your 10 22 look like a toy, and the mag they give you is junk, feed lip is way to steep, not impressed at all, with that said my boys like it, bought some ruger mags and it works flawlessly, lots of fun to shoot.

I was really excited about getting this in the mail but now that it got here I'm lost on words. I have had nothing but problems with it and my rifle is currently disassembled in a box.
Problem 1. The instructions are a joke.
Thankfully, I have enough experience to figure these things out and so I went ahead and started on the project.
Problem 2. The parts that change the functionality of the rifle.
For one of the more expensive "dress up" kits I could find I somewhat expect the parts to be of high quality. Would you believe that after I installed the extended magazine release my rifle no longer accepts magazines? (At first I thought it was something I was doing. I assembled it three times while watching three separate instructional videos on the 10/22 trigger group to make sure.)
Problem 3. Changes to the platform.
No one likes to remove dovetail sights for the same reason that no one wants to install dovetail sights. You have to to put this stock on though.
Tomorrow I will bring some calipers home from work and try to find out where the problem is with the mag release. If that worked the rest would too I believe. The stock seems to be made of decent grade polymer. If it worked correctly I still believe I would win the war I have declared on the the very many armadillo and raccoon that are terrorizing my chickens and making my yard look like Stalingrad

Easy and fun to assemble. Looks pretty cool when done. My only real issue is the magazine included with this has a plastic feed lip and is pretty worn out after maybe 300 rounds.

This is a nice conversion kit. Seeing as how this probably the closest I’ll get to owning a G36 it will do. Everything fits nice and tight. The only problem I have with this is the 10/22 I built this off of does not have a front sight, which means the flash hider and the faux suppressor don’t have anything to hold on to. Not Archangels fault. Highly recommended!
