I took this Glock 29 to the range for the first time and fired 70 rounds through it. It is my first 10 mm handgun and I had heard all the stories on the Internet about strong recoil and how a compact 10 mm pistol would be difficult to control. My first impression firing 180 gr Hornady ammo is that the recoil is not much more than my 45 acp pistol and very manageable. The first upgrade I did was install Pearce grip extensions on the mags. This improved my grip on the gun and makes firing more manageable. My next upgrade will be installing Tru Glow sights on it. Overall, I found the gun to be accurate and trouble free. Shooting this powerful firearm proved to be a fun experience and would definitely put this Glock 29 in my EDC rotation

The Glock 29sf is the best gun I've bought! I love my gun! The power that come from shooting it is breath taking! I love shutting down the range when they hear the sound of the 200 grain rounds I was firing thru it.

Sold my 21 and bought this, nice little compact with a big punch. Have yet to have any ftf. I definitely recommend picking one up

The great and grand 10mm. The Glock 29 is A fantastic firearm. It is a hand full and there is a possibility that the thicker or larger size frame may not fit well in smaller hands, the Glock 29 is wonderfully accurate and handles it’s ammunition very well. The pistol can be carried open or concealed and the Standard Magazines for 10mm can be used from 10 rounds to 15 and with the proper sleeve, you can fill in the gap in between the frame and magazine. I have the Glock 20 and it is great to have too, but the 29 only has a 3.77” barrel and you can hide the 29 Places that you can do with the larger pistols.

As an avid collector, I have always appreciated Bud's for their exceptional customer service and timely delivery. While I used to source firearms from a number of different vendors I have over the years turned to Bud's almost exclusively due to their attention to detail and friendly, knowledgeable staff. So it pains me to relate the condition of this latest purchase. My order arrived in the usual speedy fashion however, the condition of the firearm cases was abysmal! Someone had packed my order in a rifle-length box and every handgun case was open with a majority of case latches snapped off. One latch was missing altogether, the rest found in the bottom of the box. All handguns floating about their cases and one with a significant scratch down the slide (my FFL has photos to share with Bud's) likely from the metal brush rod. I have reassembled the cases though one is missing a latch entirely. Again, as a long-time customer, this is an exception to their normal service and I hope a "one-off" event. As for the firearms, Glock remains a standard-bearer in striker-fired designs. Some may find fault with the ergonomics or blocky design but as for the three pillars of firearm quality; Accuracy, Reliability, and Durability Glock is as good as they come. Additionally, I purchased pistols from Arex. The "Rex Zero 1". Though I haven't fired this pistol I am quite impressed with the fit and finish of the piece. Follows the excellent design of Sig-Sauer and I anticipate a great purchase.

What can I say its a "glock" in one of my favorite calibers the mighty 10mm in a compact size. Definitely shooting a man's gun here. Buds makes it easy to obtain all the firearms I need with great prices buds delivers again!

This was my 7th purchase from Buds and it was as perfect and flawless as the first 6.

The Glock 29 is not an absolute pleasure to shoot, but it's also not so rowdy that you can't put up a decent 2nd shot. It's a 10mm...a real hand cannon, and a compact one at that. It's a Glock so it's super reliable. I've only shot about 200 rounds out it due to ammo price and availability, but not a single problem and I don't expect to have one. Take down is like any other Glock Except the take down lever is so dang small it's difficult to pull down. I haven't been able to try carrying it yet since holster selection for these are a bit slim. I added an olight mini Valkyrie 1 and there just aren't any holsters to fit this combo that I've found yet. I've carried a Glock 26 before , so I assume it's fairly comparable and that wasn't too bad at all. Honestly, I carry and probably will always carry my little Glock 43 with a +2 extension. Even being compact, I'd probably be more apt to carry the g29 in an owb as my side arm while in the woods. For now it's my nightstand gun. So hopefully any intruders, burglars or attempted home invaders have gotten right with the Lord before making entry.

Great handgun. It has the recoil you would expect a compact 10mm to have. Put over 200 rounds through it with no issues. I do use the larger G20 magazines with a grip extender so I can fit my pinkie on it and I would suggest you do that too.
