I ordered the PAP92 pistol about a month ago. I made a mistake by picking a fly-by-night FFL dealer (although, they were a Bud's preferred FFL) that couldn't hold the firearm for an extra week (last minute business trip) due to some poor excuse. Firearms dealers are weird and it seems that some of them just could care less about having your business. Anyway, I called Bud's and let them know about the situation. The guy I talked to was professional and understood the issue. He even asked if the FFL was rude - in order to take that into consideration if they should even be a preferred FFL. Long story short, Bud's offered to ship the gun back to them and send it to another dealer (FREE of charge - I didn't expect that) - this time I picked an FFL that I have done business with even though the transfer was twice the price - you get what you pay for even with fees it seems. This was my first internet gun purchase. If this is your first, I would make sure you send the gun to a dealer you've done business with and would be willing to again.
Anyway, I picked up the firearm today. One of the magazines looks used and the other looks new, but these are probably always surplus anyway. Both mags seem to have the empty/bolt hold capability, which I like. The gun is in excellent shape and I'll be going out to the desert this weekend to blast some sand. As far as a review of the gun, look it up on Youtube as there are some great reviews. It's solid and doesn't rattle like a WASR - what else can I say? The price has risen since I ordered it, but they are ~$50 more everywhere - popular firearm I guess.
In the end, Bud's has a customer for life. They didn't have to provide free return/reship, but did because they believed it was the right thing to do under the circumstances. Excellent transaction.
