Wow! What a great gun. Zastava does it right with this AK. I am very pleased with this rifle. Almost a thousand rounds and no misfires or jams to speak of yet. I wish we could hunt with these in Pennsylvania. It's very, very well built. Breaks down easy like any ak will and just keeps shooting. Accuracy due to barrel heating can be an minor issue and my biggest complaint. I tend to shoot a few hundred rounds at a sit down to give you an idea. As a target shooter and hunter, accuracy is my primary concern. Fun to use at 100+ yards and close range 5-50 yards. Very accurate with a wide variety of optics and open sites. Recoil is minimal for such a powerful and sizable rifle round. It is almost nonexistent compared to my Savage Axis .30-06 bolt hunting rifle. Thank that piston drive semi automatic action and it's long throw. The wood on this gun is beautiful, as is the metal. But don't be fool and leave it boxed up for a collection. It's to much fun to leave in a safe. Matched mine up with the UTG MNT-978 optics mount. It's adjustable settings fit great on this ak's side rail, as well as my GSG 22lr ak. Tapco trigger is one of the best on any of my guns. Breaks in nicely after a few hundred rounds. This gun was pretty greasy when I got it, but that's ok it's good for the gun. Did need some cleaning though. Transaction with Buds was flawless. Good stuff. Highly recommended Ak. Great value per dollar.
