I own many of these Colt rifles in different variants. I'm a US Army disabled combat Ranger . The reason I choose Colt is no matter the various upgrades and aftermarket functions, when I needed it to go bang, it went Bang! Although it went banging off a lot, I personally prefer the three round burst! But, that's just up to you. Hopefully you won't have to use these things in any kind of combat! But if you do, you know you've got high quality Goods. Colts will work when it's critical, and keep working flawlessly and repeatedly when stressed or dirty. Any 11B knows to keep his gear clean...

I purchased this colt several yrs ago because I felt it was a great investment and have never fired it, it sits in my gun safe and will one day pass it own to my grandkids but i wasn't wrong because the value has increased.

I've had this for a few years now and never had the first problem out of it. I would recommend t to anyone.

I can not explain the amount of happiness and joy for both my new AR and especially the costumer service from Buds Guns. The Colt I received today and wow is all I can say. The look and feel is spot on. The Magpul furniture is spot on in the Dark Earth. The shipping was very reasonable as it arrived in a week with a Buds assist in between. The box was in new shape and even the FFL was impressed. The transaction from beginning to completion was flawless. The communication was great. Gorgeous, plain and simple. Great rifle took about 2 weeks for shipping, because I live in Oregon , but very smooth process with buds and my ffl, fantastic tool to rely on. Thanks bud will buy again using fast track but for sure again

This was my first online gun purchase and FFL transfer. I must say it was a flawless process. The colt LE692MP-FDE looks and performs perfect. It is a great gun right out of the box. First 30 rounds of 5.56 Federal were within 2 inch grouping at 50 yds. Gun was as described and Buds was great to deal with. Ordered Thurs morning arrived at FFL Wed morning. Unlike some reviews that tell you how pretty it is out of the box, I waited until actually taking it to the range before leaving a review. First of all, Buds again was awesome. My 5th purchase from Buds and it will not be my last. Best prices that I've seen anywhere and all you have to do is wait a few days. I purchased the Colt 6920 FDE after speaking to a friend who builds ARs. I was considering a cheaper rifle with a lesser name and he steered me towards the Colt for the quality. I took it to the range today and after sighting it in, I can say that I'm impressed. Very solid shooting rifle. Nothing feels cheap or loose when cycling through the rounds. I ran through 120 rounds with zero FTE or FTF using Federal 5.56 brass. After sighting in my reflex red dot, I had very nice groupings for this being my first AR rifle. The MAGPUL set is a nice addition as well and the FDE color scheme makes it look good. I replaced the charging handle as the factory one was a bit too small to grab consistently. I got this just under a grand at $993 and it looks like it was money well spent. It only came with one mag and no case, but I'm very happy with this weapon and highly recommend it along with Buds great service!

I put a lot of thought into the Colt LE6920MP-FDE prior to my purchase. Fit and finish are perfect. I like the look as much as much as I do it's quality/performance. I know FDE isn't new, but it's definitely on the "tacticool" list, for obvious reasons.

The rifle came with what looked to be grease all over the lower receiver. I seen what looked like orange peel texturing but it was sticky. I transferred it with my FFL and headed home. When I cleaned it the orange peel texturing was in the finish. I called Colt and shipped it back. They told me 7-14 days turn around time. Well that passed about 10 days ago. I called Colt up and they said 30 days. I received a letter from colt today stating it will be 30-60 days... Really? Check them out like Buds recommends, if something doesn't look right don't accept it. It's my 2nd Colt in the last 3 months and this one was rushed out without a lot of QC, in fact they must have been out to lunch that day. Hit and miss with Colt's quality, go for BCM!

First of all out of the box you will not find a better quality M4 than a Colt period. This 6920LE performed flawlessly, eating up Federal Eagle .223 as fast as I could pull the trigger. Out of the box dead nuts accuracy, just as you would expect from Colt. Ordered it on Sunday, picked it up at my FFL on Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition with everything advertised. Secondly, you will not find a better company than Bud's period. Colt Defense and Bud's Gun Shop rocks!

the rifle came quick with with no hiccups. was not damaged and was priced great. What is really note worthy is their customer service. The magazine that ended up coming with the gun was only a 10 rounder, so i contacted buds gun shop via their site and got a call back within minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that not only would they send me a free 30round pmag in FDE, but also they did't even want me to send in the 10 round mag that came with the gun. I'm very pleased with both the rifle and the costumer service and will definitely shop here again

i had spent lots of time spooling over which AR i would get. many reviews and alot of research later, i decided on the 6920. i picked it up at my FFL a few days after i ordered it and the gun was in perfect shape and condition. i was surprised by the Coyote Bronze receiver, but not bothered by it so i did the transfer. shot the gun 2 days later and it was spot on right out of the box. i feel like i made the right decision and dont regret spending the extra cash on a tried and true weapon.

The Colt 6920 came recommended from some folks at my local club. When I saw this model I new I had to have it. Came boxed real well and included lot's of extra's in the box. The description listed it came with 1 mag but to my delight it came with 2 magazines although they were black. Also included were the instruction booklet, the for end handle grip (unattached), some cleaning tools(rod brushes and such). The only complaint I have is the sling that came with was kind of cheap. This weapon works and looks fantastic. The furniture is all flat dark earth and the receiver is a sort of dark dirty bronze color sounds ugly but it is a very beautiful weapon.
