This is a great carry gun as it feels good in hand. Shoots very well. Trigger pull is pretty nice for a carry gun.. I have been carrying this gun for years . It has never malfunctioned ever. I lost count of how many rounds I have put through it. Finish has held up well. I will probably keep this gun for years to come.

Great gun is fun to shoot and is more accurate than I am. For the money it’s the best deal on a gun.

Perfect for concealed carry. The grip is comfortable and when held correctly recoil is minimal. I shoot both left handed and right handed. I find it easy to shoot both ways.

This is a great little gun! It shoots more like a duty size weapon than any other single stack 9mm I've shot. I haven't had any malfunctions after about 800 rounds through the gun. As long as you are ok with the magazine release along the side of the trigger guard (which I got used to quicker than I thought I would), this is an excellent concealed carry pistol.

This was purchased very early in our journey into the shooting world (9 years ago!). At the time it was ordered we did not realize the mag release was mounted next to the trigger guard instead of on the side of the grip. The advantage of this release is that it is totally ambidextrous. However, we found this type of mag release very hard to transition to instead of the type that was on all our other firearms. We didn't keep it very long.

Best single stack 9mm I have ever owned or shot, the MKII isn't in the same class, these first gen Walther PPS pistols are gems.

Fantastic gun to carry IWB. Trigger was a little gritty until about 300 rounds. Accurate and not snappy like I thought it would be. Trijicon HD sights are installed on it. Sadly- this will be replaced with a p365. The only reason is more rounds. I wish Walther would do a "gen3" of this with a magazine like Sig's "double stack". That'd be sick.

Surprisingly good fit for me. The gun is unusually comfortable and recovers well, whether it is me or young men or women in my family. I had reservations about buying online, but everything worked as planned. The local shop was a little miffed that I didn't order through them directly. As I am not a typical gun shop/NRA guy. the staff in the shop reinforced with me that I was a good idea to buy and compare online. Liberals and independents should be able to buy a gun without having to fit into someone else's politics.

I watched this gun for about a year and the price went way down. Might have been because the new versions were coming out. But I bought it at a good price and it's a perfect carry gun that's 100 percent reliable.

This firearm arrived 4 days early which was a pleasant surprise. The price was the lowest of any of the pps's in my local gun stores. Saving money is always worth the wait, and with buds, it is speedy. The firearm itself is by a long shot my favorite single stack polymer ccps. It is my thinnest 9mm pistol, and has a fairly average trigger but after 2000 rounds has become smoother and about 6 oz lighter. The pps is a very well manufactured sidearm with great high visibility contrast sights and was right on target directly out of the box. Surprisingly accurate at "unreasonably " longer ranges, high quality mags, well balanced, super low bore axis, extremely ergonomical, and being very aesthetically appealing are all reasons why I purchased this gun. I'm a huge walther fan and without thinking twice would have happily paid 500 dollars for the quality of the gun. 2000 plus rounds and I don't recall a single malfunction. Only complaint I could come up with is the the left side and ONLY the left side of the slide is beginning to turn a reddish bronze but plan on cerakoting soon.

Tried but could not get used to the paddle mag release on the trigger guard. Had occasional failure of trigger to reset. Sent it back, fixed as far as I know. Perfect for someone, looks cool, tried to dig it, just not for me.

Well-built, easily concealable, 100% reliable with 500+ rounds thru, and extremely accurate for a small pistol. If you want a slim, single stack 9mm pistol, I recommend this one.

This is one sweet weapon. Accuracy is awesome and recovery is quick. Light weight and very slim. Shoots Hornady Critical Defense ammo without a hiccup. I love this gun. Five stars all the way.

The firearm is the best conceal carry that I've ever had and I've had many. I hardly notice its even there. I'm really liking the trigger and that sets it above all others. Walther makes some of the best firearms out there and I highly recommend them. On another note, I normally receive my tracking email from buds within a couple days...they waited a full 7 business days to ship this time...thats 9 days including the weekend which seems like forever when your waiting on a new firearm. Then it spent another 2 days in transit. 11 days total. Buds is really pushing the $30 membership for all the special perks. Customer is a Customer and they all deserve the same service. Standing around with my money in hand + purchase order for the maximum time allowed before shipping is a bit frustrating. Called you guys twice on this purchase. Both times she tried to sale me the buds membership for quicker service. Left me disappointed is all.

The Walther PPS is the perfect CC handgun, light, slim and compact. I can carry all day long and no one knows I'm carrying, even I don't notice that I am wearing it! Fit and finish are flawless and, even though it is relatively light, recoil is minimal. Walther has really come up with a winner here!

Awesome pistol. After 200 rounds the first time out, it is replacing my M&P Shield. I like PPS better due to the paddle mag release being consistent with my HKs, and because you can reholster PPS more safely by holding your thumb over the striker indicator that protrudes from the rear of the slide, telling you if the trigger is snagged on something and getting pulled. Wish I could find a quality single stack hammer fired pistol to do this right, but oh well. The whole pistol required an aggressive cleaning to remove the brownish factory grease. The trigger pull felt gritty and a bit hard to break at first, but I lubed the heck out of the trigger bar and other internals prior to range time and it felt really great. I use and swear by Ballistol, but Breakfree or anything else thin will do. The trigger bar rubs against the metal chassis and I think this was it. Plan to lube aggressively for the next 500+ rounds til things wear in and smooth out. In the first 50 rounds, I was placing shots (27 feet) pretty much wherever I wanted them on those big paper targets at Gander Mt range while rapidly transitioning between different parts of the target. I was even able to place successive rapid shots in the top and bottom parts of a letter "B" like I can with a full size pistol. I'm easily getting 80-90% of the accuracy and speed I shoot with a full size duty pistol like USP, but with something way more easy to conceal. This level of precision is way over the top. Speed-dumping a full mag into the upper torso is nearly effortless, though the shots group larger than a full size pistol like you'd expect. Thank you Buds and Walther. Ordered last Sunday night, at my FFL Tuesday by lunch time!!

Received the Walrher quicker than expected. The craftsmanship of the pistol is excellent. It fits my hand like a glove and I can't wait to send some lead down range.

Excellent gun, especially at this price. Comes with two grip sizes (small & large) and two magazines (7 round & 8 round). Magazine release is different from other firearms, uses an ambidextrous paddle release underneath the trigger, but it is very easy to become familiar with this magazine release. The loaded chamber indicator is a nice feature, it will protrude slightly out from the rear of the firearm when the trigger is pulled, and is very useful when holstering the firearm. If anything is touching the trigger when the firearm is being holstered, you can easily see this happening and can immediately remove the firearm to identify any obstruction in the holster. Only downside is the grip is very narrow underneath the trigger, so the middle finger will rub a bit uncomfortably against the magazine release paddle. Very slim profile, easily a good choice for a concealed carry.
