Awesome. I can’t stop looking at it. Not a bad price either.

The fit and finish of this firearm is exceptional. I have not had the opportunity for live fire as of time of this review, but the trigger feels very good with minimal take up and pressure required to release during dry fire trials.
Turn around time including ordering from Buds to delivery to local FFL was four (4) days, one of which was a Sunday. Required paperwork at local gun shop for ownership transfer was seamless.
This was my third purchase from Buds, and will continue to do so. Of course price comparison(s) will also be done prior, but all factors considered, particularly delivery time will be part of return customer decisions.

First CZ and won't be the last. Quick shipping. Love DA/SA pistols and this one does not disappoint. It's a large brick of a pistol that makes .45 acp feel like a kitten. Wish CZ would sell it in 10mm. I'd quickly forget about my G20, it would collect dust.

I bought the CZ Accushadow 2 and the CZ Orange custom Shadow2! They say once you shoot a CZ you will be hooked forever! Now I own the CZ 97BD! These are the most amazing and quality pistols I have ever owned! I never shot a SF pistol in my life. Only polymer pistols. Now that I own and have been shooting SF I can hardly bring myself to shoot polymer pistols. I’m not gonna lie the CZ97BD is a big pistol and has some weight to it. I was a little intimidated to be honest. After the first shot I was in love! It is the smoothest and lowest recoil 45 I have ever shot! Like all other SF CZs..... I don’t shoot as good as they make me shoot!! It’s hard to explain until you shoot one for yourself! These CZs are a wonderful investment! I would recommend the CZ97BD to anyone. Buy it! I've been looking for the CZ 97B for over 2 months. So I pulled the trigger on this CZ 97BD with a decocker which is really no big deal to me. This 45 screams quality. Both tight and accurate. Nice trigger around 4-5 lbs in single action. I'll probably carry one in the pipe all the time since it is double action like some revolvers. The double action isn't bad either as far as the trigger pull. This makes it perfect to carry and 45 cal is my favorite carry by far. This pistol will be getting a steady diet of reloads and so far after 200 rounds, it seems to like them. In spite of the weight, 43 ounces, it will become my winter carry for sure. I'm waiting for my custom-made holster and belt to arrive any day now. Bud's was great and they seem to get the hard-to-get models before anyone else so keep an eye open for the one you want.

What a solid quality gun, this is without a doubt the best gun I own! I love the thin aluminum grips, very grippy and attractive. nice weight to the gun.

I looked, waited and as soon as this was back in stock I purchased it! It was worth the wait. This is a beast in size only BUT it handles well AND is well balanced; exhibits quality and care in its assembly / fitting. It is the reason I purchased a second CZ!

Purchasing this CZ 97 BD from Bud's was a good experience, as always. I was hoping this CZ would replace my Sig P220. The CZ 97 weighs 41.3 oz, vs only 30.4 oz for the P220. Both handguns have DA/SA triggers, with decocker. Both have tritium night sights. The CZ has checkered aluminum grip panels, which look and feel great. The extra weight helps with the .45 acp recoil. In my hands, however, the CZ 97 grip size was slightly too large. It was immediately obvious I would never be as accurate as the CZ is capable of. This is an excellent firearm, just not my size.

I love a CZ Pistol. I really love a CZ Pistol my wife says is too big for her hands so I finally have one I don't have to share. Sweet shooter with zero issues 750 rounds in with several types of ammo. Not a gun I carry, but fun for the range!

Since back during my U.S. Army days, I have always favored the trusty ol' 9mm. I purchased a CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical and immediately fell in love. I figured it was a good idea to buy a similar pistol for home defense and determined the CZ 97 BD to be the best candidate, since the sights and layout are very similar. This .45 ACP pistol is simply amaze-balls! Having medium-sized hands concerned me a bit due to numerous reviews from various sources claiming the grip was fairly large; however, it fits perfectly fine. The recoil is tame for a .45; the build is exceptional ... and it's just damn pretty. Accuracy is mostly up to the person firing the pistol, but the CZ 97 surely helps out those who are bullseye-phobic. This was my first Buds buy, and I am absolutely certain it will not be the last.

Fantastic pistol, full size, solid steel and built to last. Love the design of the CZ line, the decocker feature and the upgraded thin aluminum grips. I used to have one previously and traded it for a Ruger SR1911. I loved the Ruger as well but always missed this big pistol. Pistol arrived in perfect condition, two mags, barrel bushing tool, lock, paperwork and hard plastic box. I would highly recommend this pistol.
