Very high quality at a great price. this same unit goes for about $125 many other places. Very Sturdy and absorbs recoil very well. Went on my Mossberg 500 with no fitting in about 15 minutes. Side folder is a nice feature for a home defense shotgun and trunk weapon. One click unfolding button and almost zero play when stock is in either position. Pistol grip is padded on the back side and I found I liked this very much. Comes with adapters for rem 870 and Winchester so it is very adaptable to common shotguns. I have not installed the cheek rest but I can see that it is a feature that many will want. I think if you desire a folding adjustable stock you should pick one up from Bud's as the shipping was very prompt.
