Very pleased with this CZ557 sporter; first outing at the range revealed a very accurate rifle; thus far 1MOA results. For the price point it represents a great value.

This seems to be a very well made rifle. It is very accurate and a pleasure to shoot. It is also a very good looking gun. The grain of the wood is beautiful and the satin finish really shows it off. I bought this gun for my 16 year old son and I like it better than my Weatherby. It is light to carry and the barrel is short enough that it is easy to maneuver In a ground blind or a shoot house. The only negative is that the safety has a loud”click” When you turn it off. You have to be very careful and use two fingers to avoid making a lot of noise. The safety is loud enough to spook a deer if you are not careful.

Very Nice Rifle. Shoots great, does not seem to kick bad at all for a .30-06. The grip and forearm are a little bulkier than I prefer but you get used to it. I must say when I received this gun the bolt was very hard to lock in as it was rubbing on the wood and leaving a mark. I called CZ customer service and they sent me a prepaid return label. I sent the gun to them in the original box and 4 weeks later I received my gun with a brand new stock on it. It is beautiful and works perfect. I own 5 other CZ guns and they are top notch for the price and are VERY accurate weapons. Thanks Buds for the best price on this gun..!!
