Purchased 2 of these. Buds service was great as usual.
The first thing that was noticed was the trigger pull. Though they (Glock) advertise a traditional Glock 5.5 lb trigger pull (on the glock website, literature, etc.) it is MUCH heavier. I'm estimating it to be 9-10 lbs. When I had to send it in for numerous issues on both pistols (more to come later) I was told by the Glock representative that that it was a mistake b/c it was suppose to be designed with a heavy pull and for some reason it was not updated yet (still on the website today, 9/28/2014). I was very disappointed with this and had I have known this I would've never made the purchases.

In addition to the trigger pull the guns failed to cycle and/or eject multiple casings of 3 different brands of ammo, on both guns. Heard this was relatively common on many blogs though they denied it on the phone. The failures were nearly ever shot or every other and I was forced to send back to glock. Their turn time was fast and I just ran about 100 rounds through with no issue in one of the guns. Will hope for the same thing with the second one.

Overall very disappointed with Glock on this one. Never had any issues with my other Glocks so this was surprising. Gave 3 stars ONLY b/c buds service is so good.
