After seeing all the positive reviews for the 9mm version...I had to take a chance on the .40 version when it finally came out. So glad I did!! Took less than a week to arrive. Took it apart, wiped it down and oiled it up...off to the range. Grabbed over a hundred rounds of lead reloads...painted the steel plates and placed 1" stickers in the middle (aim small, miss small). At around 30'...used my range bag to steady the shot (needed to see if the sights were off)...ding, ding...two shots smearing each other 1" to the left of the bullseye. Usually this would mean I'd have to bust out the brass punch and hammer...start wacking on the sight to move it over...but wait, this gun comes with factory adjustable sights...could it be?? Click click...bullseye!!! On and on I went,..more paint & stickers...had a blast (except for it being so stinking hot outside...can't wait for August)!! Shot over 100 rounds of crappy lead reloads...not one malfunction...finally got a gun that rocks out of the box.
Keep in mind, it does have a little snap to the recoil. So if you're weak wristed, stick with the 9mm version. Really not that bad at all, but I'm a big guy. Great carry option...only 10 rounds, but for the size and ability to place rounds on target, this little piggy's staying with me.
PS...Nice Trigger...nice trigger indeed.
