Purchased the gun from buds and received it in its cardboard box no case. I loved how attractive the gun was but knew there was a problem when I couldn't get Hornady hollows to feed. I had 6 failure to feeds before I was finally able to remove the tactical rounds and had Remington full Metal jackets load 6 out of 10. I'm sure this could be fixed but this gun was for conceal and I will never trust it. Shame, very nice piece.
