Remington 597 is a nice 22 rifle with a scope and only one magazine. When it arrived, there was a scratch on the gun, and when I pulled back on the operating handle it came off in my hand. I was not happy.
My boy and I just came back from the range, and my son likes this 22 rifle. I adjusted the scope and my son was hitting the bulls-eye.
The only problem we had was the magazine did get jammed. I reloaded the magazine and the rifle was working fine. I wish the magazine was a better quality.
