Super fun gun! The scope it comes with is pretty decent. CCI ammo is the way to go, the remington golden bullett is garbage. Very easy to take down and clean. I shot 400 + rounds with no major jamming ( besides the rem ammo golden ) I took it to the clark county shooting range and the workers there were impressed how good of a deal i got. This was my first purchase from BUDS and will not be my last. BUDS was solid throughout the whole shipping process. 2 thumbs up for BUDS and the Remington 597 .22 lr!!
