First of all, let it be clear that the problems that have occurred for me, have absolutely nothing to do with Bud's. Their service was on the money! First time out with this 1187, I went through $75.00 of sabots trying to sight it in. Sent it back only to have the barrel replaced. Next time out, shells would not eject, bolt would only go back half way. I called Remington and they said maybe I should put 2 gas seals on it. They sent 2 seals to me, that didn't make a difference. I sent it back to Gun Works in NY, their repair center, and they sent it back in a reasonable time . But when I called them to find out what they did, they said they adjusted it, and I was told that they don't remember any specifics. I called Remington back and they told me there are no notes on the work order, nothing they could tell me. This purchase is the last Remington I will ever purchase!
