It means that the gun is coming with 10 round magazines. The Mass AG put out a rule that trigger weight in DA pistols must be at least 10 lbs, but the standard DA trigger weight is 10 lbs so they didn't have to change anything there. Also since SP2022s have chamber indicators built in they don't have to drill a hole in the top of the chamber like on the other Sigs.
