Per the Fight lite website, this rifle does not come with a flash suppressor, just a threaded barrel.https://fightlite.com/collections/scr-rifles/products/scr-011t . the photos on Bud's are not always accurate. 1st it is not on buds approved CA rifle list the SCR-001 is on the CA list 2nd while the don't say it has a flash suppressor they say it has a "•MIL-SPEC E8620 barrel extension " which looks a lot like a flash suppressor to me I would call my local FFL or check with Ares Defense P.O.
