Jeffery, The P320 comes with a medium grip and updated trigger (and other safety components). I have the same pistol and love it. You can purchase additional grips in small, medium and large plus in different colors such as black, OD green and FDE. I have made some mods to mine, including an Apex flat faced trigger, a trigger job (polishing trigger connector face and connector bar) and adding night sights. Not to worry though, the P320 works great right out of the box without any mods.
