  • DA, no decocker.

  • I would really like to hear from someone who owns this pistol, rather than get a "firearms" lesson from someone. Especially considering that the first answer was based on inaccurate data.

  • I actually own 2 DA/SA striker fired pistols. Both the Walther P99 and Canik TP9 V2 are striker fired and DA/SA with de-cocker, I own both. I believe the Taurus 24/7 is also DA/SA and striker fired. Doug, do you actually own this pistol,?

  • This is a striker-fired gun, so charge the magazine, load mag, run the slide to chamber round and ready to fire with a crisp trigger. If the round does not ignite (wait...keep pointed downrange in case of "hang fire"), no second trigger pull is immediately available. Eject round and fire next shot. Terms like DA/SA don't typically apply well to striker-fired guns. Simplified: like a Glock action; same consistent trigger shot after shot, once a round is chambered.
