No, adding a stock to this would make it a short barreled rifleshotgun. Short barreled riflesshotguns are NFA weapons requiring a tax stamp. In this case I do not believe you would even be able to get a tax stamp. The shotgun was manufactured and sold as a pistol.

Randy I has the correct answer. Initially this looked like the 14 version. You CAN add a stock to this shotgun. Closer inspection of the model I identified my mistake. Sorry for the confusion.
