Hey Keagan, I hope you got it figured out. Yes you can add a stock to this. The barrel is long enough that it would not be considered a short-barrel shotgun and would thus, be legal. Hope that helps!

Randy I has the correct answer. Initially this looked like the 14 version. You CAN add a stock to this shotgun. Closer inspection of the model I identified my mistake. Sorry for the confusion.

Absolutely not in this case Keagan unless you plan to register it as an SBS "Short Barreled Shotgun" meaning under 18 inches in barrel length. Under the National Firearms Act (NFA), it is illegal for a private citizen to possess a shoulder stocked modern smokeless powder shotgun (a shotgun with a barrel length shorter than 18 inches (46 cm) or an overall length shorter than 26 inches (66 cm) unless "Registered" as an NFA weapon.

No, adding a stock to this would make it a short barreled rifleshotgun. Short barreled riflesshotguns are NFA weapons requiring a tax stamp. In this case I do not believe you would even be able to get a tax stamp. The shotgun was manufactured and sold as a pistol.
