  • Low capacity is not all that's too it. Many California models have to pass drop tests and other tests to be approved. Most require multiple safety devices. This one is on the California State Gun Roster though, and therefore is approved. Its not just capacity...

  • This gun is legal in california. I think that if it was illegal, Bud will flag it, if it's going to a California address. But it's only seven rounds, and it's a 45 ACP, that you can buy it.
