There's no difference in the grips - that's only the result of differences in photos. Both ship with Walnut Grips. Both are "TALO" editions. Sig released the 10 round version to comply with restrictions in states which only allow 10 round magazines.

Just the mags UPC 798681553600 pistol has 10rd Magazines and the UPC 798681553556 comes with 12rd Magazines.
