Does this gun jam with .38's... like the Remington 130gr FMJ?

it will have no issues with the Remington FMJ ammo. the only 38s mine has trouble is the full wadcutters that I sometimes reload

Eve, no it does not. This rifle uses a Rotary Magazine and has a Bolt-action with 90-degree bolt lift for reliable feeding.
