I have one of these pistols and had the rear screw fall out of the sight. They say it is backordered after waiting 50 minutes on both the phone and on their chat which kept saying 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem with their seemingly non-existent Customer Service?

You're lucky, I'm still waiting for them to mail me parts for a gun I no longer even have. And I hear they have gotten better!!! Not in my opinion.
