Hello. This pistol has rattling noise. Magazine on or off doesn't matter. Does anyone has this issue? I could not reach out to taurus because their customer service is not good.

Hard to say without actually seeing the gun …. but I'd guess what you are hearing the loose barrel / slide / frame fit of this gun. This is a copy of the Berretta military side arm. Military guns are often built with looser tolerances to help keep them running in harsh conditions of dirt and sand. Again... just guessing here.
