  • Andrew, 32 S&W is 32 Short Sir. You have a variety of choices depending on the bullet type your Dad wants : budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Ammunition/caliber/10000560/sort/per-round-asc

  • follow up on 32 short colt The .32 Short Colt was designed off the .320 Bulldog revolver cartridge which was made during the 1870s in the United Kingdom. The .32 Short Colt had a different sized rim casing than the .320 Bulldog. The rounds were popular back at the turn of the 19th century for use in pocket revolvers.

  • 32 Short is another name for the 32 S&W cartridge which would be my best guess as to what he needs for the Colt if it is, as I'm assuming, a small revolver. There is not a great deal of selection for such an old cartridge and the only one I am seeing here on Buds' would be this: budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/34817/magtech+32+smith+%26+wesson+85+grain+lead+round+nose One thing I can say with confidence is that it does not take 32 Special which is a rifle cartridge.
