What the previous commenters are referring to as the bolt release is actually the bolt handle/charging handle.

Rob, The only change here on bolt release handle is that the company calls improved is the larger handle. It is still the two piece handle where it screws on the bar in the bolt. Make sure you locktite the screw on handle on the bolt bar if you get this. It will loosen up.
