Sig Sauer P320 Full Size 17 Rounds 9mm Pistol
Between this and the M17 (without the manual safety) is there any differences in terms of parts or designs?

very slight differences in some parts most of the military changes have now been incorporated in the p320

The design of the slide lock has changed slightly, the rail on the frame is not full length on the M17, and the M17 also has the slide milling for optics with a black cover plate on it.
