have a CZ 75 B single action only , factory mags are 16 + 1 and are flush with base of the mag well. Will these be flush with the mag well also or will they be longer?

All the standard CZ 75 magazines will work with the pistol. The mec-gar 16 shot will work and be flush. They are actually the same magazine but marked mec-gar instead of CZ.
