Most modern firearms can handle +p but it's always safest to check your owners manual or post again with the firearm or firearms you're asking about and one of use can let you know. Cause there are a few out there that won't handle +p and can cause damage to your firearm or worse you. Hope this helps.

John, no you cannot. Not all manufacturers recommend over Standard SAAMI Pressure ammunition. Most will fire .38 +P no issue but, it will void your warranty in others. Best to check with the model manufacturer for safety and warranty reasons. Cheers and stay safe!

Most every 38 revolver I've seen will shoot plus p, but id check your owners manual to make sure, if you no longer have the manual the info can sometimes be found on the manufacturer website. If you still can't find it, post a new question and tell us what make and model your revolver is and one of us can likely find that info for you.
