The SF model reduces the circumference of the receiver at the rear, or "back strap," offering increased comfort and control, especially for shooters with smaller hands
John, SF = Short Frame which has a smaller diameter Grip Handle to accommodate smaller hands and also allow for a better ergonomic fit for more hand sizes. Cheers and stay safe!

The 30S has the thinner slide that the Glock 36 uses, the 30SF has the normal thicker 30 slide.
