Joseph, yes, with moderate use, you will be ok. You don't want to shoot this exclusively.

Joseph, yes this will work in your keltec no problem. As with any firearm manufacturers suggest to only shoot +p occasionally because it can wear parts quicker than standard velocity ammo but unless you're shooting thousands of rounds I doubt you'll ever notice a difference. Hope this helps.
