William, I'm looking and looking and can't find a difference other than like the others said the weight difference. They both have a fixed cylinder bore, both have 4+1 capacity, both have a 3 inch chamber, both 38.5 inch overall length, both 14 inch length of pull, both black synthetic furniture, and both have a standard bead front sight. So If they're similar enough all 3 of us can't find any difference id buy the cheaper one and call it a day. Hope this helps.

William, I cannot find ant difference other than the R model is 7 1/2lbs and the other is 7 1/4 lbs. Have a great day!

William, I am not finding any differences other than 1/2 lb weight more on the ( R25549
) which would suggest a heavier walled barrel. Cheers and stay safe!
