Will these work in the ROCK ISLAND GI STANDARD FS HC 45 ACP 10 ROUND PISTOL, PARKERIZED - 51453 ?

Hi Charles and welcome to the Buds Community. Yes, Model 51453 is a Double Stack design and this will work no issue. The Model 51453's 10rd Magazine is the same size just internally blocked to 10rds. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Charles, yes sir, this will fit in the 51453 model. The gun has a double stack magwell with a 14-round capacity (13+1), so this magazine will work.

Charles, it sure will. The rock island armory model number 51453 uses double stack magazines like the one you linked to. So yes it will fit and function just fine. Hope this helps.
