Rick, unfortunately the mags for the c9 won't fit the carbine. I've read some people saying the carbine mags will fit the pistol though. Sorry but hope this helps.

Rick, the ten round 9mm pistol mag will not work in the 995 simply because of the block on the bottom but the 995 mag should work in the pistol.

Hi Rick and welcome. The pistol-style magazines for the 4095 . 40 S&W carbine are fully interchangeable with the Hi-Point . 40 S&W pistol. No such compatibility was advertised by Hi-Point regarding the original 995 carbine and the 9mm Hi-Point C-9 pistol; owners of both designs have reported that they are not completely interchangeable.
