Not sure you'd wanna go the route of pistol Brace. Due to the ATF's reinterpretation of the Pistol Brace definition, this has made owning one illegal unless you register it and pay a $200 tax stamp.

Kurt, yes, you can easily add a pistol brace by purchasing an adapter. If you plan on adding a pistol brace though I'd recommend the Ruger charger that comes with a picatinny rail in the rear of the receiver making it easier to install one and no adapter necessary, link here if interested...................... budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/119479/ruger+charger+.22lr+15-shot ................................. If you definitely want the takedown model here's a link to the same version that you linked to but includes the picatinny rail, little pricier though but again you wouldn't have to purchase an adapter............................ budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/119478/ruger+charger+lite+.22+lr+synthetic+10+15+1 ........................... as for Wich brace I'd personally go with a sba3 brace or sb tactical side folding brace. If you aren't aware the ATF has recently reclassified pistol braces. You can still add one but adding a brace to a pistol is now like adding a stock to a pistol and reclassifies it into a SBR/short barreled rifle and would require a bunch of paperwork and a $200 tax stamp. Hope this helps.

Kurt, not on the this model. There is no section of pic rail on the rear of this model for attaching a brace.
Here is a model where you can attach a brace budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/119479/ruger+charger+.22lr+15-shot ,
Any brace that attaches via a pic rail will work, such as this one >>> primaryarms.com/strike-industries-dual-folding-adapter
Be aware that as of now, attaching a brace is illegal without registration and paying a $200 tax stamp due to the new ATF rule interpretations. Litigation is currently underway to have this reversed, so you may want to wait until the dust settles.
