Does it have a rail on it for a scope

Hi Kevin and welcome. Yes but, this is the 1st Gen model. The newer Gen is redesigned with much better rails for optics/accessory attachments : budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/60668/hi+point+10+1+9mm+carbine+w+16.5+black+barrel+black+synth -------- Cheers and stay safe!

Yes it does but judging by the drop the rail takes. You'll need to get an adapter to bring the scope/optic up higher.
