how to conceal a glock 23

i have a glock 23 and i am workin on getin my chl and i was wandering what is the best holster to conceal it with iam still rather new at this so i could use a lil help

My shift Master Sergeant carries a Glock 23 in the small of his back, but i'm not sure what holster he uses. He's on leave right now, but when he gets back, i'll ask him about it and repost.

He has been on duty with me at least three times already and he keeps forgetting to bring his holster in. I'm staying on him though!
